კონკურსის შესახებ:

The USAID/Georgia Human and Institutional Capacity Development 2020 Activity (HICD 2020) is implemented by ME&A and its consortium members Chemonics International and Performance Design Partners. The objective of HICD 2020 is to achieve tangible improvements in the human and institutional capacity of USAID`s partner organizations in Georgia that play a strategic role in the Government of Georgia`s (GoG) reform agenda, and whose goals are in direct alignment with USAID/Georgia`s Development Objectives.

HICD 2020 seeks to hire a Tbilisi based short-term technical assistance consultant(s) experienced in project management to deliver training and develop a project management manual for the McLain Association for Children, (MAC) Georgia.

Required Tasks to be Undertaken:

** In consultation with MAC`s management, identify needs and challenges of the organization in relation to project management and achieving desired outcomes;
** Develop an intensive training course (in English) tailored to MAC`s needs. Training days can be stretched out through the period of eight weeks enabling participants to perform practical exercises;
** Deliver training for up to eight participants (in English);
** Develop the project management manual (in English) to inform and guide monitoring of actual project performance and impact;
** Deliver on-the-job training to MAC Georgia staff on the use of the project management manual (in English).

Knowledge Skills and Required Qualifications

** Extensive experience in project management;
** Knowledge of and experience in delivering project management trainings;
** Past history of conducting consultancy projects in project management. Experience of implementing consultancy projects for non-governmental organizations will be considered as a plus;
** Proven track records in capacity building projects. PMP certification will be considered as an advantage;
** Experience in generating project management manual and the supporting documentation;
** Committed to complete assignments in a timely manner;
** Fluency in written and spoken English is a must;
