Call for Tender: Communication Support for the Delegation of the European Union to Georgia

About Tender:

The Delegation of the European Union has published a restricted call for tender for service contract "EU4Georgia 3".

The purpose of the contract is to increase awareness, understanding, and support for the EU and its activities in Georgia, particularly among Georgian audiences through a coherent and effective public communications package based on a common and compelling central narrative which convincingly sets out what the EU and Georgia are committed to achieving in Georgia, and why it is important.

The contract will encompass but not be limited to daily Public Relations and media support to the EU Delegation, audience research, content production, impact analysis and real-time evaluation, organization of public visibility events and campaigns and assistance to EU-funded project visibility efforts. Messages will be delivered across various media platforms.

Maximum budget: EUR 2 200 000.

Deadline for applications: 25 April 2019 at 17:00 Tbilisi time (see point 23 of the Contract Notice)
